The Genesis Formational Experience
1: Filter
Potential leaders complete our online pre-assessment, set up a 60 minute personalized coaching session with a Gravitas leader to process results, and are given the vision for the Gravitas formation year.
2: Frame
During month one of the Genesis Formation Year, candidates will be matched to their coach and cohort for the next 12 months, engage in curated readings, and experience the first online video meeting with all members.
3. Form
The Genesis formation year is a 12-month journey: three retreats + ongoing coaching groups focused on paradigms, principles, and practices. The scope and and sequence is carefully crafted for deep change and will cover areas like identity, maturity development, intentional discipling system, and God-centered ministry across all components in the life of the local church.
4. Fuel
At the end of the 12 month journey, participants will be invited to commit to the “Gravitas Syndicate”, our alumni learning and development community. Access to exclusive learning communities, coaching pathways, and ongoing resources to sustain growth and multiple impact.
